Expressive Arts Workshops for Overwhelmed Neurodivergent Adults (Online)
Gentle, creative workshops for women who mask, overthink, and need a softer way to reconnect
These workshops are for women who feel overwhelmed, mentally crowded, or disconnected from themselves — especially if traditional self‑care or talk‑based approaches haven’t worked for how your brain and nervous system operate.
Using gentle, creative, and sensory‑based practices, these sessions offer a way to slow down, regulate, and reconnect without pressure to explain yourself, perform, or “fix” anything.
This is about relief — not optimization.
Workshops are offered occasionally, a few times per year.
If you’d like to be notified when the next one opens, you can join the update list below.
About The Workshops
You’re not broken.
You’re not failing at self‑care.
You’re navigating a nervous system that’s been doing a lot for a long time.
These 75–90 minute live workshops offer a creative reset — a pause from pushing, over‑analyzing, and coping your way through everything.
We use expressive arts, grounding practices, and gentle structure to help you:
settle your nervous system
reconnect with yourself
access insight without overthinking
No lectures.
No productivity pressure.
No expectation to “get it right.”
You get to come exactly as you are.
When They Happen
Workshops are offered occasionally — usually once per quarter — and are scheduled outside of regular therapy days.
Most sessions take place on a Friday during the day.
Because these workshops aren’t ongoing, dates are announced in advance and space is limited.
Who These Workshops Tend to Serve Well
These workshops often resonate with women who:
feel mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, or chronically tired
have tried “thinking their way through” things without much relief
experience sensitivity, intensity, or burnout cycles
identify as neurodivergent — or suspect they might be
live at the intersection of creativity and overwhelm
want support that’s structured but not rigid
were late‑diagnosed or are self‑suspecting autism and/or ADHD
You do not need a diagnosis.
You do not need to identify with every word above.
If this feels relieving rather than demanding, you’re likely in the right place.
What to Expect
Each workshop includes:
gentle, low‑pressure creative prompts
sensory‑based grounding and regulation practices
clear guidance throughout — you won’t be left guessing
optional sharing and witnessing (presence is always enough)
a pace that honors different nervous systems and energy levels
No artistic skill is required.
No special supplies are needed.
You’ll leave with:
a felt sense of settling or clarity
a meaningful creative experience you can return to
permission to relate to yourself with more compassion
Live & Unrecorded (on purpose)
These workshops are live and not recorded.
This allows for:
privacy
presence
real‑time connection
Cameras are used intentionally:
on during brief opening and group‑witnessing moments to support safety and trust
off during individual creative or reflection time, if that helps you regulate
You’re never required to speak.
Being there is enough.
Important Boundaries
These workshops are not therapy, and participating does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
They are educational and experiential in nature. No clinical intake paperwork is required.
Some people attend workshops on their own. Others later choose to explore therapy. The two offerings are related, but separate.
FAQs
I’m not creative. Is this still for me?
Yes. These workshops are about expression and process, not talent or outcomes.
What if I can’t make the date?
Because workshops are live and unrecorded, you’ll need to attend in real time.
If the timing doesn’t work, joining the update list is the best way to hear about future offerings.
Is this just for burnout?
Burnout may be part of what brings you here, but the work is broader — supporting regulation, reconnection, and self‑understanding.
Want to Know When the Next One Is?
Workshops are offered occasionally, not continuously.

Looking for Deeper Support?
Workshops can be a powerful reset — and some experiences benefit from more sustained, one‑on‑one support.
