Not Therapy

Nothing on this site—including blog posts, descriptions of services, or downloadable materials—should be considered mental health treatment. Therapy begins only after we both agree to work together and complete the required paperwork.

Consultations

A consultation is a brief conversation to explore fit. It is not therapy, and it is not appropriate for crisis situations. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

Everyone’s needs are different. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes from therapy or from using any information on this site.
